Brock Zevan

Founder/CEO

My name is Brock Zevan.  I am a father first to two active children Brielle and Bryce.  We like to call ourselves the three B’s.  They are my why and my reason for the strong work ethic that I have.

I graduated from Cortland State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I then received my Master’s in Administrative Education from Gardner Webb in NC  My education led me to a career with the Charlotte Mecklenburg school system.  For 12 years I taught physical education, coached football and baseball for middle and high school and later became an assistant principal.

While I loved helping and coaching up the kids I soon realized that I wanted more for my family.  In an effort to live and provide my best life I went to real estate school and later opened my own brokerage. Soon after I discovered that I could grow more with support of others so I joined a national brand.  In 2019, I found a way to offer more for my family and my team and then headed to eXp Realty. 

My real estate career has given me the opportunity to use my coaching skills that I learned while teaching. 

I am a visionary.  I strive to help those around me help themselves.  My passion is helping others. Whether it is my family, my team or my clients I take pride in serving others and do that by taking the time to listen to their needs and their own why’s.  Recognizing one’s personality type as well as their love language helps me better communicate and I find that to be one of the most important things I can do to improve all of my relationships.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time and making memories with my family and friends.  I love being outdoors whether at the beach, camping or going on long walks.

I am the mother to 4 beautiful babies and even if they are all grown they are still babies to me. I also have the best daughter in law and the most precious two grandsons that walk the planet. For me, my family is my everything.

I started my real estate career in December 2001 because my dad said that it’s what I should do and he could see me doing really well at it.  Being the daughter that I am and  being lucky enough to have the father and role model that he is I followed his advice.

After getting licensed I decided to join what was then a new company to our area and was the ninth agent to join Keller Williams in the lake norman area. There I learned that people do business with the person not the company.  I earned the rookie of the year award and hired my first assistant in that first year.  As a single mother, I was on a mission to provide all that I could for my kids and Keller Williams provided the best vehicle at the time to achieve that.

I spent the next 15 years helping others buy, sell and invest in real estate and built a team to help me do more.  In 2015, one of my lifetime career goals came to fruition when I was offered the job of Team Leader in the Keller Williams Lake Norman market center.  In that role, I helped create growth and profitability.  Under my leadership, the market center was rated in the top 20 of 760 offices across the country in profit. I was awarded the top award for Team Leaders in the company.

I decided to go back into sales in July 2019.  It was then that I decided that there may be a better way to do business and after nearly 19 years I left KW and headed to eXp.  It is a decision that I will never regret as it has offered me multiple streams of income and the ability to create a legacy for my family.  I have learned that I would rather build wealth for my family rather than  build it for someone else’s.

I thoroughly enjoy helping agents create better businesses and watching them grow.

 

When I am not hanging out with the kids you might find me traveling to warm places, discovering cool new restaurants and bars or sitting in my she shed.  I enjoy gardening and making things beautiful. I have a creative side and that often comes out in my decorating and it also shows up in my wardrobe. I have girlfriends that have been in my life since elementary and high school.  I value all relationships and make it important to spend quality time with all of those that are important to me. I am truly blessed.

Because of his high level of service, returning clients and their referrals make up the core of his business and he has been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer. Away from real-estate, Mike can be found traveling the globe with Samaritan’s Purse, working outside on his tractor, and spending time with his family.

When I’m not selling real estate you will likely find me enjoying time with my husband Jeff and our two fur babies, Ceidie our loveable cat, and Atticus our huge dog/teddy bear. We love to share our pontoon boat on Lake Norman with others that are visiting the area or just experiencing Lake Norman for the first time. We also enjoy rafting at the National Whitewater Center and hiking or biking the
trails, then top it off by consuming a cold IPA from one of the many great local breweries. Some of our best memories are made right here with simple pleasures such as these. Whether it is the local restaurants and festivities, or our own backyard, or the stunning coast and the majestic mountains; the Old North State has blessed us with a quality of life that gives us great contentment. FUN FACTS: My husband is the youngest of six siblings and his mother is 91 years young. I love walking Ceidie in her stroller and watching the reactions from others. I adore learning, experiencing, and beautifying life for myself and for others.
I genuinely like helping others whether it is discovering that right parcel of land to build their dream home, making their home more marketable, or searching for their new investment – I am your Local Listening Agent! Although I am new to having my NC real estate license, I am not new to the real
estate industry. I had my real estate license in NY and in SC; all together for 5 years but decided to explore other avenues in 2011. I started a professional organizing business called In Your Business and I began to organize small businesses. Even though this was rewarding, I still had a longing for real
estate. That said, in the past 3 years I worked for a company that owned parcels of land in NC & SC. I was responsible for marketing and selling those properties and absolutely loved it! As a note: a W2 employee of an entity that owns the property may develop, sell & market their property without a license; this was my position at Fulcra Enterprises. However, the company, unfortunately, closed in February of this year as commercial sales/leases took a hard hit due to covid-19 and the owner
decided to retire. I was of course heart-broken; I loved my job and all the wonderful experiences and knowledge that I gained. But when one door closes another one opens! I now have my NC Real Estate License and I am affiliated with an extraordinary company – eXp Realty! I greatly appreciate how the
name was chosen: “Simply, eXp was chosen as the name by eXp World Holdings Founder and CEO Glenn Sanford and other leaders who started the company in 2009 because it is the prefix for many words that represent values that eXp Realty represents: “excellence,” “exceptional,” “expectations,”

Dennis graduated from SUNY-Broome with an Associate’s in Human Services and has
worked in that field for 16 years. EXP realty has given him the opportunity to pursue his
passion for Real Estate. He is married and has 2 school-age children and a golden doodle
named Sandy. the most important title of “Mom” to my three children. Outside of work, you’ll always find me enjoying a nice day outdoors with my family and friends, cracking jokes, and encouraging the people I love to go for their dreams with no regrets.
I never take life too seriously, but when it comes to getting the job done, I’m your girl. I strive for greatness and push myself in every situation to achieve success. I’ve never met a stranger and I thrive best with a team who share the same passions and goals that I do. When given the proper tools, I believe there is nothing you can’t achieve if you set your mind to it.
I previously worked as a pharmacy technician for 7 years, but I decided to step outside of the pharmacy and into the role of Operations Manager for the offices at. LLC, where I’ll be bringing my leadership skills and headstrong attitude with me. I can’t wait to dive right in and see the growth we can accomplish with this team!

Reggie’s real estate career began on the investment side in 2009 and he was immediately hooked. His love for logistics and the people he works with have left him with a great appreciation of the life the industry can and has afforded his family. Although he initially dabbled in real estate, Reggie decided to make the transition to full time real estate sales in an effort to spend more time with his children before they move out.

Reggie loves to help others achieve the dream of home ownership or the profits of a sale. He says that helping others achieve a milestone like those in real estate are enriching experiences that you never forget. He truly enjoys the moments when people achieve their dreams and is humbled to be a small part of that process.

Reggie and his wife are the proud parents of three great children, all on academic honor rolls: Reggie (17), Aliyah (14) and Raphael (11). He and his family have resided in the Charlotte & Huntersville area since 1998. His free time is spent with the family he loves. Reggie says the best complement he ever receives is when someone says “you have great kids”….

Greetings! My name is Gregory Angello. I am originally from southeast Michigan. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy. I am a full-time real estate broker serving clients in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2014.

Prior to real estate, I held a long-standing position as a Legal Administrator for twenty-years for two of Michigan’s top law firms. In 2016, I achieved a credited designation through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a Negotiations Expert (R.E.N.E.). I also hold a certification as an Express Offers Agent with eXp Realty, LLC. I also conduct commercial real estate.

One of my most joyous experiences in my life occurred when my wife, Valerie, and I became licensed Foster Care Parents in 2015. During that year, we had the amazing privilege of fostering a three-month old toddler boy. A little over a year later, we were given the privilege of adopting him as our son. Isaac is now six years old and is an amazing child with a tremendous creative sense. He loves to draw some of his favorite characters like Sponge Bob, Sonic, and the video gamers, Mario and Luigi!

I have many passions in my life: being blessed to be the dad to my son, husband to my wife, and long-time friends which I have known for well over fifty-years. I also have a great passion for Veterans. My father was a Veteran. I have worked with many of our nation’s best over the years, assisting them into their dream homes, and look forward to many more triumphs for them. And I look forward in serving your real estate needs and seeing your triumphs as well!

I grew up in Brockton MA with four siblings. I played sports in school: basketball, soccer and softball and was also part of the student government. Right after high school, I received my Associates in Business from Massasoit Community College.
My first job in Financial Services was in downtown Boston. I loved working in Boston, except in the winter! Those harsh winters are what brought me to Charlotte NC 28 years ago. I do miss MA but am happy to call NC my 2nd home. I am the proud mom of my daughter Jaycie and ‘Gigi’ to my 2 year old grandson Brody. I am fortunate to have them living with me which allows me to spoil them daily! We love visiting Boston to visit family and friends but especially as tourists. Our favorite vacations are to the beaches of North and South Carolina.
After 35 years as a professional in the Financial Service industry, working on the front lines, interacting with clients, I am excited to work with buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs.

I am native of North Carolina and have lived in Charlotte for over 30 years. In 2002, my husband’s job took us to Houston, Texas. While there, I worked as a Real Estate agent in the Houston market for 8 years. Texas is an amazing place, but there is no place like home! So when the opportunity to move back presented itself, we couldn’t get to Charlotte fast enough.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate agent, I was in the salon industry for 14 years. My passion for working with and helping people is why I decided to move into the Real Estate industry. I get to build lasting relationships with people and help them through a very important time in their lives.

I work to tailor my service to each client’s specific needs, to listen, ask questions that help me understand what my client truly wants and take the time to explain every step of the process and answer questions completely.

In 2020, I had the opportunity to begin working as a Transaction Coordinator. Working on the transaction process has always been when I am at my best and this position has turned out to be an amazing fit. I get to do what I do best – focus on the details! 

When I’m not selling Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We love having people over for good food and fun. As our children have gotten older, my husband, Bill and I love to travel and explore new places. I have also been on the Board of Directors  for the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Western NC for almost 10 years. I have had several Great Pyrs of my own and am passionate about my work with the rescue.
